Cooldock
The Cooldock is one of the most energy-efficient truck loading systems available on the market today. The fully insulated dock house is designed as a closed “box” structure installed in front of the building façade, allowing trucks to dock with closed rear doors. The doors are only opened after the vehicle has been completely sealed, minimising energy loss, air exchange, and drafts.

Prefabricated ISO-Loadhouse
Factory-built structure with insulated cladding, flooring, and roofing.
Built-in Dock Leveller and EsiSeal
Delivers a total environmental seal during trailer engagement.
Thermally Efficient Design
Reduces temperature loss and supports hygiene-critical workflows.
Retrofit or New Build Compatible
Can be added to existing warehouses or integrated into new sites.
Cooldock
The Esidock Cooldock is probably the most energy-efficient truck loading system currently available on the market. The external dock shelter is designed as a highly insulated “box” that is simply placed in front of the building opening. Trucks dock here with their rear doors closed, and the doors are only opened after the truck has already been sealed. The docked trucks are then sealed on all four sides, minimizing energy loss as much as possible.
Placing the loading dock shelter in front of the building saves expensive interior space. The exact technical design is adapted to the existing building, or in the case of a new construction, to the customer’s specific requirements.
