The Esidock system’s key attribute is its hydraulically retractable bumpers, which are specially designed to work with standard telescopic lip dock levellers. This invention allows the truck to open its doors after safely docking. This fully automated system, where the bumpers retract by hydraulic rams, significantly improves efficiency for both warehouse operators and truck drivers. By enabling the opening of docked vehicle doors into the loading dock, the Esidock Solution vastly increases loading and unloading productivity, resulting in reduced turnaround times. This is a major improvement over conventional bays where drivers spend time getting out of the truck to prepare the load, a process that can represent a significant loss of man days per year. Furthermore, by not requiring the driver to exit the truck, the system ensures a safer working environment and reduces the possibility of accidents.

Vehicle Approaches
The Esidock is ready to receive your vehicle.
Docking
The vehicle backs onto the dock with the protective buffers in their raised position.
Buffers Retract
Once the vehicle is safely docked, the protective buffers retract.
Seal and Open
The environmental seal inflates around all four sides of the vehicle, then the dock door opens, allowing the trailer doors to be opened into the building.
Loading/Unloading
The dock leveller is deployed for goods transfer, with the environmental seal maintained throughout the entire operation.
