For existing buildings, insulated loading houses are the ideal retrofit solution for creating a weather-protected loading area.
The insulated loading house consists of an ISO-insulated enclosure with an integrated dock leveller, designed so that lowered truck tail lifts can easily slide underneath.

Insulated loading house

A dock shelter is mounted at the front and equipped with a crumple zone to protect the insulated loading house from impact damage.

Another major advantage of our insulated loading houses is that they are installed in front of the building, thereby preserving valuable indoor storage space and significantly reducing construction costs.
