Mobile Loading Ramps
We design custom mobile loading ramps tailored to your specific requirements. All ramps are developed, engineered, and produced in-house, allowing us to deliver standard solutions as well as customised designs that meet both quality and economic demands.
Mobile loading ramps are an essential tool for logistics operations, enabling the loading and unloading of trucks and containers from ground level. Ramp lengths typically range from 11 m to 15 m and are constructed from steel for maximum durability. Ease of handling and mobility is a key feature. Our ramps can be moved using a forklift, either with a fork clamp or a bale clamp, and optional removable trailer hitches allow compatibility with forklifts or other vehicles.
Standard designs include:
- Front-loading ramps for single-truck or container access.
- Three-side loading ramps, allowing simultaneous access to three docked trucks or containers.
Ramp height can be adjusted to truck or container level using a manual or electro-hydraulic pump. Ramps equipped with a floating axle compensate for the spring movements caused by forklifts entering and leaving the platform.
For heavy loads, ramps can be equipped with a front axle, making them suitable for construction vehicles, trucks, and other heavy equipment. Load capacities of 25 tons or more are achievable without compromise. The ramp surface is usually fitted with hot-dip galvanised, high-strength safety grating, ensuring maximum durability and slip resistance.
