Wheel Guides

Our Wheel Guides are the ideal addition to any loading bay, ensuring trucks dock safely and precisely. By guiding vehicles centrally to the dock leveller, they significantly reduce the risk of costly damage to the building façade, dock ramp, or dock shelter caused by misaligned trucks. Wheel guides are especially recommended for narrow loading areas with limited manoeuvring space, or when drivers lack clear orientation points during docking.

Manufactured from angled steel tubes with a 160 mm diameter, wheel guides are embedded in concrete for maximum stability. Their smooth surface poses no risk to truck tires or rims. All models are supplied hot-dip galvanised as standard, with optional black-and-yellow warning markings for increased visibility.

Available Versions:

  • Wheel guides with red/white warning markings.
  • Galvanised, bolt-on wheel guides.
  • Integrated wheel guides with thermal dock shelters.
  • Bollard-style wheel guides in front of loading bays.
  • Embedded wheel guides for maximum durability.
  • Wheel guides with integrated wheel chock function.
  • Painted or floor-marked positioning aids for correct ramp approach.

Wheel Guides are a proven solution to improve safety, precision, and durability at loading bays while reducing maintenance costs and preventing structural damage.
