Grifols (Life Sciences Industry)

Grifols engaged the PM Group to design and project manage their new European distribution headquarters in Grangecastle Dublin. Esidock was chosen to provide the loading dock system for their climatically controlled logistics distribution operation. Seven Esidock systems were installed in Phase 1. an additional unit was recently supplied and fitted in Phase 2. 

Grifols process and distribute blood plasma, the finished product is stored in an automated storage and retriever freezer facility. For the vehicle loading /unloading process an unbroken cold chain is mandatory to ensure the integrity of the product. Esidock fulfilled this requirement whilst adding considerably to overall operational and environmenetal efficiency of the logistics operation. 

Newcold Kutno (Freezer Logistics Industry)

Newcold Freezer Logistics are a Dutch company with freezer logistics operations throughout Europe, U.S.A. and Australia. The Newcold design team recognised the benefits of the Esidock environmental sealing capability and have specified Esidock on all future new builds. To date Esidock have loading dock installations in their facilities in Corby UK (39no) Wakefield UK (12no),Dintleloord Netherlands (21no), Fiorenzuola Italy (17no) Rheine Germany (7no.) and Kutno Poland (13no.) The Newcold loading operation is unique, they achieve an unbroken cold-chain in the loading dock by opening the vehicle doors only when the dock seal is engaged. This process takes place from ambient to -25degs with minimum de-humidifying process. 

Finnebrogue (Food Processing Industry)

Finnebrogue are located in Downpatrick and process venison for the U.K. and Irish markets. They have recently extended their facility to include meat processing, cold storage and distribution. To future proof the vehicle loading facility they purchased 4no Esidock loading dock systems to include automated vehicle wheel lock devices. The vehicle loading operation is located in a chill environment 

DHL (Refrigerated Pharma)

DHL have recently acquired a logistics facility at Quantum Business Park North County Dublin. To facilitate their requirement to service refrigerated trailers designated for the pharma industry they engaged Esidock to convert 2No existing loading bays to the Esidock environmentally secure specification. 

The system was prefabricated no additional civil and builders works were required.
